# Privacy and cookies

> What personal data altai.dev processes, why and on what legal basis; cookies and your rights.

This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit altai.dev or write to us, under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

## What we process, and why

| With your consent: pages and sections visited, time on them, scroll depth, clicks and mouse movement (heatmaps), text you copy from the site, errors you run into, device and browser (screen, CPU cores, memory, connection type, language and display preferences), approximate location (country, city; the IP address is not stored), the referring site, page speed measurements and session replays on pages other than the homepage | To understand how the site is used and improve it | Your explicit consent (KVKK 5/1) |

Session replays never record what you type into form fields. The text of a message you send us is never sent to the analytics tool.

## Who receives it

- **PostHog** (PostHog Inc.; data stored on EU servers in Germany): site analytics.
- **Resend** (Resend Inc., USA): delivering contact-form messages to us by email.
- **Google Workspace** (Google LLC): email correspondence.
- **Google Firebase Hosting** (Google LLC): hosting the site.

These services' servers are outside Turkey. Transfers abroad follow the conditions of KVKK Article 9; for site analytics they rest on your explicit consent.
